1. We will provide our paid up subscribers with a weekly email providing details of the "soccer" bet we will be placing or have placed on matches to be played that weekend.
2. We will as far as possible provide that information by 11.00 a.m. (GMT as adjusted for British Summer Time). However, if we provide the advice at a later time this shall continue to constitute a valid advise provided it is sent by us at least 45 minutes before the commencement of the first occurring match or event.
3. Our advice will include at least three selections from the main European premier (or equivalent) leagues, from international qualifying matches or from other major world premier (or equivalent) leagues enabling us to provide a year round service.
4. We will as far as possible include advices only relating to football (soccer) betting but may from time to time include advices from other sports where we have identified an outstanding opportunity and included this in our own bet.
5. Our advices will be sent by email to the address you provide in the opt in form you are directed to immediately after you subscribe. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is operative and able to receive our advices and that you add us to your safe senders list so that we are not rejected as spam.
6. If at any time you change your email address we must be provided with at least 72 hours notice. For the avoidance of doubt we must be provided with details quoting your old email address and new email address sent to the email address appearing on our contact us page to be received by us by 11.00 a.m. (GMT as adjusted for British Summer Time) on Wednesday for the new address to become effective for the advice to be provided for the following weekend. We will make every effort to update changes notified after this time but give no undertaking to do so.
7. By subscribing to our service you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.
8. We may from time email you with details of other products we believe may be of interest to you. It is integral to our terms of our service that you agree to us sending these emails. We hate spam. We will not bombard you with emails which may be of little interest but from time to time when we believe something to be of genuine interest or newsworthiness.
2. Pricing
1. Our service is priced at £24.97 per calendar month.
2. Unless you cancel your subscription the account or credit card with which you register will be charged with your subscription on the fifth day of each month.
3. For the month in which you subscribe you will be charged $12.97 and renewal will be due on fifth of the next month.
4. You are subscribing to a service which provides betting information. With this type of service there has to be a degree of uncertainty that the information will produce profits. Due to these circumstances no refunds of subscriptions received are given in any circumstances.
3. Financial and Liability Disclaimer
1. The operators of this website, bestsoccerbet.com, do not guarantee the accuracy of information contained within the website or of information provided by or obtained from third parties linked to or from the website.

5. It is the individual's responsibility to ensure that subscribing to this service and the placing of bets is not in contravention of local laws or regulations. No financial or other responsibility is accepted for the consequences of the contravention of local laws or regulations.

   4. Should suspension of any subscriber take place at a time when a subscription has been paid where in the normal course of events advice would be provided in the future no further advice will be provided and no refund will be made.
